Great bike rack I have been using this rack for about 1 month. The rack was easy to assemble following the detailed instructions Thule provided. It affixes firmly into the hitch receiver and holds the bike securly in place with little or no front to back or side to side sway. As delivered, the two lock cylinders did not match,and the keys only fit one of the cylinders. I called Thule and they sent me a matching cylinder right away. I highly recommend this product.
